G-SHOCK is commemorating 30 years of innovation with a Pan-European G-SESSIONS campaign, a search for extraordinary individuals or groups who will come together through their creative disciplines to evoke G-SHOCK’S SPIRIT OF TOUGHNESS.

Together with one creative ambassador, G-SHOCK is looking out for the most interesting and remarkable creatives from all over Europe to represent their home town through their creative work. Throughout the G-Sessions campaign, these individuals or groups will rise to the challenge of completing an exceptional piece of art that will compete on a European-wide scale.
As a launch addition, G-SHOCK will produce 10 limited edition watches and packages designed by the artists, inspired from their original art piece. The local winning designs and art pieces will be presented at the G-Sessions final party in Berlin on November 28th. The event will merge every part of the campaign through an extraordinary mix of music, design, art and fashion. A European-wide voting platform will be raised through which the audience will vote for their favourite creatives and their finished work. Voting will be activated through Facebook and will include a live stream that will facilitate voting up until the last minute of the final event.

The G-Sessions campaign will see G-SHOCK temporary stores pop up in each activated city. A local creative ambassador will be at the helm, acting as the representative for the tough competition. The Pop-up stores will act as a stage for local creatives to show their skills and bring together crew members who will make up the final team to represent their city in the European final. The local creative ambassador will ultimately be the one to select the winning concept.
The G-Sessions campaign will take place in Milan, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, St. Petersburg, London and Berlin from April until October 2013. Watch out for the G-Sessions shops popping up in your city.
